Designated Title IX Coordinator
In compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972, the Southmoreland School District has a designated Title IX Coordinator. The Southmoreland School District Title IX Coordinator should be contacted regarding any inquiries as to the application of Title IX or filing a harassment complaint.

Submitting a Complaint
Please refer to Southmoreland School District Policy 103 and Policy 104. Please use the Complaint Form attached to the policies and submit it to a building principal or supervisor.
