The Registration Window for 2026-2027 has closed

If your child should be enrolled for the 2026-2027 School Year and they have not been registered, please follow the registration process provided.

Registration is necessary to be included in orientation for new students.

There will be no in-person appointments scheduled from now until after Labor Day.

Welcome to Southmoreland School District, home of the Scotties, where we take pride in our schools and our community.  We look forward to enrolling your child/children in our district.  Please read all instructions and review the required registration documents prior to accessing the Registration Tab Below.

Registrations will not be processed until all required documents are received.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The following documents are required for registration:

• Proof of Residency (copy of a utility bill, lease agreement, rental agreement, sales agreement, or other proof as determined by the school district, documents must contain your name, address and date within the last 30 days)
• Birth Certificate
• Immunizations

PROVIDE IF APPLICABLE

• Residency Affidavit (only to be completed for students not living with a biological parent or legal guardian)
• Technology Agreement (to be completed by families who will be accepting a technology device from the district)
• Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)
• Custody Agreement or Court Order (if parents are separated or divorced)
• Guardianship Papers (if the student resides with someone other than a parent)
