Registration Information

Registration/No Internet

For families that do not have a computer or internet connection, please contact the district registrar to make an appointment.

You must bring the following documents with you to the appointment:

  • Proof of Residency (copy of a utility bill, lease agreement, rental agreement, sales agreement, or other proof as determined by the school district, documents must contain your name, address and date within the last 30 days)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunizations

 

Provide if Applicable

  • Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)
  • Custody Agreement or Court Order (if separated or divorced)
  • Guardianship Papers (if a student resides with someone other than a parent)

The appointment will be canceled if you do not bring the required documents with you.
